Abstract

In September 2024 there will be year on year (y-on-y) deflation in South Central Timor Regency of 1.32 percent with a Consumer Price Index (CPI) of 104.16. 
Y-on-y deflation occurred due to a decrease in prices as indicated by a decrease in the expenditure group index, namely: the food, beverage and tobacco group by 3.52 percent, the housing, water, electricity and household fuel group by 0, 46 percent, the information, communication and financial services group at 1.49 percent and the supplies, equipment and routine household maintenance group at 0.46 percent.
The month to month (m-to-m) inflation rate and year to date (y-to-d) deflation rate for South Central Timor Regency in September 2024 are 0.16 percent and 2.94 percent respectively.
