Abstract

• ITK NTT in quarter IV-2019 was 118.58, meaning that economic conditions and the level of consumer optimism increased compared to the previous quarter. This condition was driven by an increase in household income (index value of 125.82), the effect of inflation on declining consumption levels (index value of 111.76) and an increase in consumption volume (index value of 109.97).

• All provinces in Indonesia experience improved economic conditions and consumer optimism. The province with the highest ITK value was East Nusa Tenggara (index value 118.58) while the province with the lowest ITK value was the Bangka Belitung Islands (index value 100.50).
